AI Content & Automation

AI is useful for volume and for repetition. It is not a substitute for judgement, for a real photograph of your actual premises, or for a strategy. We use it where it earns its place and say so where it does not.

What it is

AI Content & Automation, defined plainly.

Two related things. AI-assisted content: producing creative variants, ad copy versions, product descriptions and localisations at a volume that manual production cannot match. And automation: removing the repetitive steps between a lead arriving and someone following it up.

Everything produced is reviewed before it goes live. AI output that ships unedited is how businesses end up with marketing that sounds like everyone else’s.

The problem

The problem this solves

Paid social needs more creative than most businesses can produce. Testing needs more copy variants than anyone wants to write. Reporting needs pulling together from four platforms every month. These are volume and repetition problems, which is exactly what this technology is good at.

The failure mode is the opposite extreme: generating everything, reviewing nothing, and publishing generic material that damages credibility. We draw the line at anything a customer will judge you on personally — your founder photo, your case studies, your claims about results.

What we do

The actual work, itemised.

Everything below is included in a ai content & automation engagement. If something here is not relevant to your business, we say so and take it out rather than billing for it.

  1. Creative variant production

Generating and adapting variants of existing creative — different hooks, framings, backgrounds and formats — to keep a testing cycle supplied between real shoots.

  2. Ad copy at volume

Multiple headline and description versions per ad group, structured for testing, then narrowed down by performance rather than opinion.

  3. Product and service copy

Draft descriptions and page copy at scale for large catalogues, edited to your voice before publishing.

  4. Lead workflow automation

Form submissions routed into email, a spreadsheet or a CRM, with instant acknowledgement to the enquirer and a notification to you. No lead sitting unseen for two days.

  5. Reporting automation

Data pulled from ad platforms and GA4 into one dashboard automatically, so monthly reporting is interpretation rather than data entry.

  6. Where we advise against it

AI-generated people, invented testimonials, fabricated statistics and synthetic images of premises that do not exist. We will not produce these.

Who it suits

A good fit if you are…

  • Businesses running paid social that need creative volume between shoots
  • E-commerce with large catalogues needing consistent copy
  • Companies losing leads because follow-up is manual and slow
  • Businesses spending hours each month assembling reports by hand
  • Anyone testing at a scale that manual production cannot support

Process

How the engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Map

The repetitive tasks in your current marketing, with an honest estimate of the time each consumes.

  2. 02

    Select

Which of them are worth automating, which should stay manual, and why.

  3. 03

    Build

Workflows and generation processes set up, with your voice, rules and constraints defined.

  4. 04

    Review

A human review step built into every process that produces public-facing output.

  5. 05

    Deploy

Put into use, monitored for the first cycle, adjusted.

  6. 06

    Maintain

Reviewed periodically — automation quietly breaking is a real risk and needs checking.

Outcomes

What we measure, and what we will not promise.

The measurable effect here is usually time and throughput rather than direct revenue. What changes:

  • More creative variants in testing per month
  • Faster response time to new enquiries
  • Reporting assembled automatically instead of manually
  • Consistent copy across a large catalogue
  • A clear written rule for what is produced with AI and what is not
